I just figure if we get an 8k and official closing of these assets..then benefit of the doubt has to be given when considering management has said there are multiple LOI's out there that have been in the works for a year..will be interesting to see the how the market reacts to just this first one...based on what would have to be assumed to be coming just down the road..
