LMFAO. You don't register with the SEC of state goof. You pull a license/permit thru city doing biz. Very simple. OMG

You might want to check with the Secretary of State for Virginia on corporations. It is illegal to operate a business that is not registered and does not have the proper permits to operate, especially food related which has a long list of requirements to open. Or maybe that's what the CEO and his friend are trying to get done today. the basics of opening a simple business have yet to be done although it's been pumped for months on social media and this board
