float is what matters more to shareholders and pps not OS. How fast will management burn thru $9 mil? Mr Flipper? Yep I sold shares above .90 bought at .52 sold at .62 bought at .445-.45. The more shares that hit the float the less explosive any given rally will be. $9 mil easy cash helps management to spend and aquire but does little to motivate them to work very hard.
