Yes, we can all do basic math.

We are all aware sigma will be issuing more shares, since they just tried to increase the authorized to 30million, then as a prospectus released the selling Shareholders remaining balance could be paid if an offering with a minimum of $3million was completed.

So between now and the due date of the notes in May I would most definitely expect a SEC filing.

However, many substantial events are coming up between now and then which could very easily positively effect our PPS, making the next offering at an inflated price from our current valuation.
