Surwin I hope you are wrong but I doubt it, that 1 percent interest has a $75,000 cash call attached to it but its unlikely that management assumed that responsibility when they awarded themselves the 1 percent interest. Again, the details are not currently available to sharehholders and probably for a reason, viz., to hide this aspect of the transaction. "Footnote 6" LOL! The more things change the more they don't.

and by the way, the defenders of this cynical transaction like to point out that the auryn compensation stock is for all future services also. Well I can think of one person that doesn't apply to!
