"Those CUSIP numbers are on the Master Securities List as Plan Class 10B. These CUSIPs are not anticipated to receive a recovery in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and will be taken from their brokerage accounts once the distributions are complete.


you were supposed to receive unique CUSIP numbers and submit them no later than septemeber 22 2009."

IF these CT's are 'supposedly,(no value/slated to be removed from accounts), WHY does the SEC allow them to even trade?
