Someone filled before the MMs put their bid and asks in. They duped a market buy order to fill at the only MM that had an order, which was 14. Then, the rest filled in at 7 and 8, but it was too late for that poor guy.

I don't care if it is a buy or a sell, when you get a bad fill like that it sucks. I'd call the brokerage and argue it and see if you that person could win. ONly 50% chance, as they did put in a market order (Or it would not have filled) but worth the call.
