That is the issue JP. You don't think he is. But you don't know him at all. At least you shouldn't know him any more then the public. Which is to be blind.

I think the people he screwed in Florida would say he is exactly a scumbag.

I should disclaim that some people here have obviously been given inside info in advance in the past. So it is entirely possible that you could know him and this deal better than you should as a common shareholder.
