In answer to your first question, actually, no I don't. I think Mr. Tupper should have stuck with his gut instinct...namely to work without compensation keeping in mind that he was instrumental in sucking many investors into this and that he had a great deal of stock (money) to protect. and then there is Goodwin, he was an officer or director during a period when the theft occurred...he ought to be sued, not receive additional compensation...

everything about this company remains opaque...they will never disclose what actually happened, who received shares and for what.

and it is a joint venture...mdmn may succeed only if auryn succeeds. mdmn provided the asset, auryn provides the know how. of course mdmn does not necessarily succeed if auryn succeeds....one more cash call is all it will take.
