I think Frankie's too lazy to go legit. He's abandoned 4 business plans since I started following him. Anyone even thinking of getting in bed with him has to be suspect themselves. If Canoe is legit, there's no reason why they wouldn't buy a shell instead of associating with someone with his history. It just doesn't make sense since all Frankie has to offer the partnership is the ticker.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
