So nobody answered the question:
If Microsoft's LI patent application was so so close to the same thing as vplm's....in fact (if I'm to believe the story posted here) if they indeed got it by buying the tech from some rogue developer(s), then why, given the fact that their application was 2 yrs being vplm's, should they actually think & believe that they could/would actually win??? And......since they didn't get the patent, but WANTED & NEEDED IT Sooo badly, so why didn't they license or offer to buy it??? Hmmmm. Fishy fishy fishy
