An 8k like this may be standard practice but this one is decidedly more comprehensive and negative than anything we have seen before. It is also somewhat rambling and repetitive. Wonder who wrote it and why now when we are supposedly on the cusp of revenues. The CEO report only 13 days ago was much more upbeat and positive. Oddly, in the CEO report DK stated in reference to the watch "9 major pilots sold," yet in today's 8K he states no revenues to date in this line of business. The internal pump/motor test was said to be a resounding success, and we've been led to believe there is great demand for what they have perfected, yet the 8K raises much doubt about it's acceptance by end users. Don't know what to think about this manic depressive company anymore.
