That doesn't mean he has abandoned his cautious concerns!
The trigger will be pulled with China when the timing is right and more importantly when all the ducks are in a row.
At $50,000+ per engine and 13,500 projected sales, I think it would be prudent to not move to fast and frak something up! Don't you?
I mean do the math!

13,500 X $50,000 = $675,000,000

That's as big as Amazon's deal and Walmart's deal!
Actually bigger factoring in the project to be completed in 3 years, vs Walmart/Amazon's 6years or more each!!
And this China deal would be the tip of the iceberg for the potential market in all of China!
