Does the lawsuit prohibit the sale of the shares in question?
It seems like it obviously should but I haven't seen it stated anywhere.
If those shares are restricted I anticipate PR to come after the ticker change. If they are not restricted then the PR will come after the law suit is settled. It is not in the Chinese culture to reward the undeserving. Hence the filing of the lawsuit in the first place.
