Another LOI isn't going to work. They need an actual deal for stores. Then it would just be like Bahrain.

Even one store, a deal with an actual closing scheduled, would be better than an LOI for any amount of stores.

But none of this has happened so it's a moot point.

Stock manipulation according to the SEC. "Making false or misleading statements about a company."
