While we all wait for news, my two cents are that Niocorp might come up with a joint venture plan soon, instead of the long awaited off-takes. It is obvious that the world runs short of all kind of elements, so what could be better than joint venture instead of off-take contracts. Have a look at cobalt: Just another element that is short world wide. Volkswagen currently can't even get hold of any, so their e-cars currently can't even be built!! Sc is another story yet, but that picture will turn as soon as the patents for fuel cells and alloys are out! It might take another year or two or three, then the price will skyrocket for Sc, Niobium and you name them. The question is, who will be the owner of the mine by then, and who (still) owns the shares from the ole cumbersome days. IMHO someone has a sound interest in destroying the company financially before buying it. With the current price drop I only wish I had bought at a lower level. But I would be surprised if the mine was not built, not taken over by another sound company and just be given up...
