Like I said, it is time for one of us to contact NASDAQ Stock Market and Nasdaq, Inc. legal.

If they are lucky, RAKR will only receive a C&D. However, I don't think NASDAQ will be so happy that they are being used as a large OTC Link penny stock promotion. Therefore, I don't think RAKR will just end with a slap on the wrist.
