I don't doubt block chain is secure, but it will take 10-15 years of use in other applications to convince Ma & Pa voter that it is 100% secure. Right now and for the forseeable, block chain is an unknown and still electronic. Most people still believe bitcoin is illegal and mainly used for drugs and other illegal purposes. It will take years for that be understood correctly.
