Sort of. Several different ways to look at it. New shares will be between 1.4 and 2.8million which is dilution of between 8.8% and 17.6%. Of course if price higher than 3.5, then dilution less. If lower, then maybe higher dilution.

Also, don't forget the book value is going to go up by 25 - 50 cents since another $4.5 to $9mil on the balance sheet.

We also do not know the timing.

What if VirTra uses their buyback ammo and then issues a stunningly good Q3 report? This could be trading at $4 or higher before these new shares are even sold.

VirTra is holding all the cards which is good for us current shareholders.
