With over 700 million pigs in China, & so much tremendous consolidation into HUUUGER hog farms since 2012-2015 or so, it's our opinion that YSYB's 30 million pigs is very probable, absolutely possible, & likely due to Google Earth's mapping out all these Heilongjiang hog farms near YSYB, with EACH one being as big as towns that EACH have hundreds & hundreds of buildings as long as 600' feet long. Rail lines nearby facilitate measurements using 40' foot box cars, & also airport's nearby planes both nearby Harbin help with size estimates of buildings. It is completely understandable why they jumped into Breeder Hog Farming so heavily, if that in fact is the case; as they say with 30 million hogs. Looking at past volatile Net Profits, they no doubt saw a need to diversify; as the hot trend toward NON-GMO against Monstanto's poisoning PESTICIDE Ghyphosate that has been NOW PROVEN CARCINOGENIC had yet to happen. ( BUT NOW IT HAS! ) NON-GMO IS HOT! HOT!! HOT!!! WORLDWIDE, INDEED.

October 2015 sourced data = 2 YEARS AGO states 735 Million pigs, so 2017 count probably is 800+ million!
Big & rapid changes in big investments going to build much bigger hog farms exploded business huuuger in 2015 to 2017! By 2020, estimates of over ONE BILLION PIGS in China is forecasted. Imagine that!
