Primero has multiple problems, the biggest being caused by Mr Mast allowing the Labor Union to run roughshod over the company. Whom ever buys SanDimas is going to have yo contend with that. Simplest way would be to shut the mine down for a while and let employees miss paychecks and then renegotiate or ban union all together. SanDimas was once a great property, but to me it seems nearly worthless now. JMHO
