Yes, it does appear that the price is $3.50. Which sort of stinks. HOWEVER, if they were able to convince investors to pony up $3.50 per share for something trading at $2.90 then they deserve all those fees.

I'm sure the pitch was something like.....well, Yes you do have to pay more because if you were to try to buy 100,000 shares at the market you would probably drive it up higher than 3.50 anyway. So this is much smarter and easier - pay $3.50 now for a decent chunk.

VirTra balance sheet will be awesome. Lets hope the money doesn't burn a hole in their pockets and they are smart and patient with it.
