the filing showed two things ONE that the old former ceo was now the ceo again of ATPT and took back the control block of shares that was from a former acquisition made.

THIS FILING states what has been going on and the battle our ceo has been going through to take control back of the company ALONG with a HUGE bonus of him CANCELING the R/S. this is huge we already new the ceo was vested now we see hes here to stay and cares about what the SHARE PRICE DOES.
