someone asked if the shoot packs were done..when kim announced that the indiana operations were moving to Michigan, i assumed the shoot packs were done at that point...wouldn't make sense to disrupt that production unless absolutely necessary..but until you hear it from kim, you never know..

the vietnamese central gov has just let kim and mard know what its wishes are..and that is that kblb be allowed to move forward with their business operations..somehow kblb managed to do an end around mard and gain central gov approval without yet having mards approval...at this point, mard has no choice but to approve..and i suspect they will not drag their feet..
i mean, if your boss tells you he has approved a project and gives it to you and tells you to make it happen, it's probably not a good idea to tell him you are going to look it over and see if you agree with him and will get back to him in 6 months...particularly if you have been blocking the project and he has just essentially overruled you..
no, not a good idea...and in vietnam, it's not a good idea....times 10...

it appears kim got the approval he needed to get started in vietnam and then sold shares to have the money to get going...

this will not take 2 years...even if it did, we will not be sitting at .04...the pps will rise incrementally as we proceed forward with each milestone...there's no reason the pps couldn't be at .25 by the time mass production begins in vietnam...whenever that is..
