Speculated dividend initiation based on 2 facts:

1) Many other public companies in this sector pay dividends;

2) Since RCP owns almost 50% of stock and 210 Capital owns about 25%, seems like a good way to guarantee themselves a steady income. (Also with this large of an insider ownership seems like a good way to distribute profits mainly to themselves.)

Any thoughts on this?
