In a nutshell, here is VDRM's dilemma: We now have people in the US placing orders via Biogenx, etc. Placing orders for a product we have been told "is shipping", which means it exists.

Then, when our cohorts do not receive their $ 97 order, they receive an email from Biogenx that the product is being completed. We have been told for both the US and Asia markets that the product is in containers (were even shown photos of the containers) and that it was shipping and sales would be reflected in the next quarterly. As of yet, none of our customers have received product, there is no product shipping, and now we are being told it is being completed.

I am heavily invested here but let's begin to cut through and realize we are seeing basically two stories: It is ready, and it isn't ready. I am beginning to believe that the people that have spent $ 97 and not received anything for their purchase other than a follow-up email are showing that it is not ready. I have entertained in my previous post but that this may be due to the court case, but still, let's be upfront that nothing is shipping.

And for that, we should be getting clearer answers than second-hand reports from people that have "talked to IR". We should be getting actual reports from IR, PR's from the company, etc.

I have kept my mouth shut forever on this, but it is about time to hold the company and IR to the fire regarding actual, legit info. And they would be advised to give exact dates and drop the word "soon" from their vocabulary.

Just my thoughts on trying to cut through all of these "I heard from..." posts from IR, etc.
