The short seller isn't taking a big risk.

The biggest risk is that the deal falls apart. I still think Camsing is getting a great deal, so they are not likely to drop out at this point. I doubt any other company can come in with a higher offer, now. I also doubt Camsing will suddenly up their offer.

It still looks like a market maker was/is trying to shake some shares loose.
