That is Absolutely correct VF.
The T/A is the only accurate source for share structure numbers. PERIOD.

That’s false on several points, I’ll point out one in particular that sticks out as misinformation:

The HVCW OS and Float If “confirmed” is not an approximate number. FYI, the HVCW TA will not report the SS. The numbers you’ve provided can not be confirmed by the only unbiased source, the transfer agent.

NOTE: the use of forward looking words or statements in a rebuttal renders the entire statement null and void and I will completely disregard them.
