Agreed z optimal micro-madness ingredients have formed!

1. Several years of financials just posted on OTC Markets
2. CEO holds 1.7B control block shares of the 2.9B O/S
3. Tradable float is a paltry 1.25B
4. Attorney review opinion letter should get posted to OTC Markets anytime now
5. OTC Markets will then remove caveat emptor status and make ATPT current information

What comes next will then be the CEO divulging the material reasons he has for bringing ATPT back to life right!
