They are not a "gift" unless there is commercial mineralization at Hay Mountain. If there is not, or if funds are not raised to test JB's hypothesis, the gift will become nothing but loss.

I've looked closely at JB's argument in favor of drilling and find it reasonable. However, that does not mean anyone with money to fund drilling will be found.

Nevertheless, I continue to hold LBSR, continue to advocate drilling , and continue looking for wealthy wildcatter type individuals who may take the risk. They have always been out there, and like Jim says, you have to kiss a lot of toads before one turns into a prince.
