No, I don't! The only acceptance requirement of an auditor is a check that doesn't bounce!

They just engaged them today as an auditor...

"Following the release of the 8-K, DBMM became aware that the sale of clients to Assurance Dimensions by D'Arelli Pruzansky did not include DBMM"

So clearly they filed an 8k that was false... they just now claim ignorance that they didn't know that they weren't a client.

The SEC doesn't see it that way! Need I quote their take on the previous 8K?

This was DBMM's claim at the time:

"Accordingly, Assurance Dimension, Inc. was engaged as our independent registered public accounting firm effective June 16, 2017"
