Yeah that's not good, Tangiers backed out financing for the company, wonder why that is....And we had to pay them the 100k+ and issue them 3 mil in shares at .001. , Oh wait how did they get the money, selling shares and for the last month as you can see they did bringing the stock down even more.....We should be well over 10-13 cents by now. So if this is complete, and as per last yr at this time, we should have a big jump coming. Holding over 200k shares still, but the track record of the insider selling to cover their "ass" is hurting "us" shareholders that are the ones who bring the stock up..Pretty simple peep, stop selling and the stock will rise, oh wait unless the owners need $ again, which looks like they will have to being Tangiers backed out...If this stock isnt at .20-.30 by January with Vegas big convention, sell it all!
