Yep after years of former NFL football player Cleveland Gary saying he was gonna take BSC public on numerous occasions...he abruptly stopped the latest potential BSC deal here with this public vehicle and instead has now brought another company he controls public.

So although I have no clue why he stopped the BSC deal it could very well be because BSC had so many false starts in the past as you suggest.

I also have no clue what his plans are for Ecrid Inc...and am surprised that he felt the need to do a 70 to 1 reverse split to launch it publicly lol.

Never talked to Cleveland Gary the entire time his name appeared on the Nevada SOS filings here several months back...but will continue to follow things now that Ecrid Inc. merger is official just to see what Gary does with it.
