I suspect they are out of shares all together....thus zero volume or they would lower the action to keep the dumping going. Stronly suspect you will see some type of hype news/events along with a filing to execute a reverse split....

Likely they have found a take over target and will tell shareholders they need the R/S in order to fulfill the take over....sell it as a good thing while they destroy any long term shareholder value....best guess.
