well a buyout is kinda a stretch maybe if this cancer was a problem in first world countries where people could afford the treatment, in the trials they even stated problems with patients leaving treatment because the couldn't afford it. Maybe they could use this off label to help patients in first world countries will real cancers. Really needed cancer treatments like ones needed in the US where we have money to pay for treatment and that would be a great news release
