I'm not quite sure what more information you feel you would get from a shareholders meeting, that seems a bit much right now. Go to the OTC Markets and search the filings as they are very descriptive and explain the current state very well. If not contact Greg Steinke the IR Director, he usually returns messages fairly quickly.
