...not trying to convince anyone of anything...in fact, it is those "talking their book" who are the ones trying to do the "convincing"...the problem is that nothing is in the "bag" as you and others would like to have others believe, except what FDA "would like to do" vs. what they will or politically can do.

IMHO caution on projecting more than what is real, acknowledging the time/price factor (2 years) and not getting ahead of (the story...FDA imposing VLN cigs/e-cig/heat and gradual/immediately after 2 years) what may or may not evolve, as some would have this board think...with a clear head, with unemotional attachment to XXII, will save many a lot of heartache and stress.

From the technicals, likely to see the 50 SMA of $2.57, before seeing $3.50 any time soon, (without BT/XXII news of substance).
