First, they only leased some claims.... they purchased nothing. And it isn't known if they will be or are able to meet the ongoing lease payments.

It is not possible to attribute any value to some old claims. For that matter, even if there were proven reserves, SEC guidelines do not allow for claiming inground minerals as an asset.

As far as the last link goes, the hotel and old hospital are both long gone. There is no lawsuit, unless some Ohio agency has sued EFLN, which would go nowhere, being as EFLN has little value.

This remains a smelly scammy joke of a company.
