I found some DD which helps to understand how Optium Cyber Sytems, Inc. got to where they are today.

When you search the NVSOS website under "Optium Cyber Sytems" there are two entities listed with that corp name.

The first entity is "Optium Cyber Systems" The name was reserved by our CEO, Michael "Todd" Rutherford on 7/25/17 and the reservation expires on 10/25/17.

The second entity is "Optium Cyber Sytems, Inc." is active and shows the former management (McLaughlin & Nelson) of Cre8tive still listed (which I'm sure will be updated shortly with NVSOS)

What I believe happened is this ... the current management of OCSY were initially planning to be a private entity on 7/25/17, but subsequently decided to reverse merge into the FILM shell.
