However,why would the funds invest at a much higher pps considering the issue of dilution, millions of shorts,unlikely positive movement of pps until some deal or positive clarification of WMIH's future, and until such positive occurrence the pps would be taken down to who knows how low. In two weeks the pps could potentially be 75 cents or lower.
