I agree that the decision seems to be into overtime, however.

Lets note that T-Mobile making the exparte causes some additional delay because the final write-up of the decision has to include now some additional wording to reflect that the FCC listened to all the submissions - including the latest.

There is no 'hard rule' that says the FCC has to complete its work in 180 days, that is only their professed target. There are plenty of examples where they don't make the target, even some reaching double digit years still without decision. But 180 is the common yardstick.

As Code Silver pointed out with clarity- Holly Saurer is "Acting Legal Advisor to Commissioner Rosenworcel." So we can note she was appointed by Democrat Wheeler and works with Democrat aligned Commissioner Rosenworcel. That doesn't say how Rosenworcel is going to vote, and she is part of the current minority two out of five commissioners, but then we have to guess exactly how T-Mobile is trying to balance influence on the FCC commissioners.

Chairman Pai can bring this up for a vote any time of his choice now if he wants to go the route of voting. I don't think Pai is as obsessed with bragging he got a unanimous vote for the decisions of the FCC, as was the distinction of "Rocker-Man" Wheeler.

I can't speculate when the decision comes down, whether delegated or voted, it's in the process.
