Why would a co. buy another co. that has no revenues. Maybe I am missing something. The letter to shareholders sounded like a letter to school children, one of the worst I have ever read. Debt, more shares, and maybe a share restructure, welcome to penny land. Stock over valued at .05 by 5 to 1.
