i appreciate a skeptic. particularly so in the world of penny stocks.
back in the mid 90's as the internet was ascending and ppl outside of tech geeks were starting to use the web i became interested in the business side of the "world-wide-web." i was skeptical about all the hype that the internet was going to be this huge paradigm changer. why? it's just information. sure it has some value but its not all that. its not revolutionary.

i was wrong. organized information is very valuable. it saves time and helps accomplish things efficiently and also increases knowledge quickly. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR MORTAL MAN. people value information deeply for this and other reasons.

so what is UAMM trying to do? it appears they are creating a virtual marketplace where business can connect with new clients and people can connect and do business among themselves. this is the product and it is valuable. imo. i could list 20 companies each with $1bil+ market caps whose products are information only. UAMM seems to be following these other companies lead and applying what has been proven to work into this new industry.

but let's continue with the skepticism...because we should! it's important.

so what is the angle here they are working if UAMM is a scam? they want money right? so how would they grift money from this scam?

1. is management integrating personal expenses in to the operating expenses so basic lifestyle needs are paid for ultimately by shareholders...transportation, cell phone, rent/mortgage/office, travel/entertainment?

they are not doing this so far https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=177546

2. are they issuing shares or obtaining toxic financing notes used to directly acquire assets in the company name that management will personally directly benefit from on a day to day basis?

they are not doing this so far

3. are they currently issuing shares to themselves and selling them to raise cash to line their pockets?

they are not doing this so far...there are no pref's to convert and no shares have been issued in over 4 years and they have retired shares. also, they have been in the mj sector for 11 months now without diluting shareholders. that says alot imo.

i am the ultimate skeptic and i have no issues with what they are doing at the moment. does that mean UAMM is legit? no. but what it does mean is that whatever they are doing they are doing on their dime not shareholders...to this point.

as far as knowing management and who they are i wouldn't invest so deeply in penny stocks that you must know all that information. i would say if you need to know every detail and are looking for full transparency because you are wanting to invest a large chunk of change here...don't do it. go to the big boards. of course we all want to avoid characters that are known to be shady but that is not the case here as far as i can tell about Pham and Klein. whoever is lurking behind them remains mostly unknowable unless and insider appears and spills the beans...

the other issue when dealing with management experience here is there isn't really anyone out there that has alot of business experience in the mj field. ppl can fluff up their resumes but it's still a burgeoning industry and still federally illegal. basically if you have ppl that boast of being in the mj industry for 20 years they are according to the law drug dealers and criminals lol. lack of sector experience isn't a big concern for me. everyone is kind of winging it and looking for what works imo.

anyway, i appreciate your issues and you are right to have them. i also know that many, like you, want physical products and a commerce site but there are myriad geographic and legislative issues involved until mj is federally legal.

short to midterm UAMM will be a winner imo. in the long term... who knows? nobody.
