That was when I THOUGHT Pope had closed the Satic deal and was no longer involved. That is precisely why this stock went up along with the hopes of being current under SEC's eyes being they are required to report or risk being revoked. PMPG never filed a Form 15 when they were current many months ago.You have clearly made your worries known regarding non reporting pinks getting revoked so what is different here? Is PMPG immune from being sent to greys for not reporting shell or otherwise? What the hell happened to the Satic deal and being current with financials. Did a dog eat their homework? Funny how these "companies" like to PR the good but they never retract when the deals never materialize.

I'll stick with companies that operate and were smart enough to file a Form 15 to keep from getting revoked if late on a few fins.
