Sorry, I meant pretty good revenue, not profit.. Revenue almost $1.7mln for the first 6 months.. that's really really good considering that their current market cap is around $300k.. that's like 10% of their annual revenue. ..
As I said they are on the edge of being profitable. .. showing actually positive net income for 6 months and small negative number for 3 months.. that to be said again I'm going to stand with opinion that deficit must have been accumulated from some previous operations and doesn't matter to me at this point because currently they are +/- profitable. ..
I don't have that much money here to go and deep to older filings when this deficit happened.
I forgot to add that they did paid some of the federal taxes etc that they were behind which is a very good sign to me as well ..
Recent acquisition will add nicely to assets.. we will have to wait to see how much it will add to revenue. They got pretty good financing for this acquisition also. They are paying ridiculous small amount monthly.. no convertible notes, no dilution, very small OS, nice revenue ..
This is what matters for me..
The only part missing is awarness. . Hopefully it will strike one of these days.. I'm holding my small position and will wait for $
