Yes, DNRG is a SCAM: "DOMINOVAS CLOSES DEAL WITH UJ (12MW) & Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality in South Africa (20MW). PR's stating the above would be much more substantial than what has become a redundancy with these MOU. These PR's were obviously meant to distract from the obvious concerns. (Oct 2016)
