I'd agree normally. But in this case it's a merger and a reverse split at the same time. It's basically a new company taking over the shares of an old dead company.

Kinda makes sense to me if the new company would like their share price to start out around 0.50 rather than .003. It's a more respectable "IPO" and, to me, implies that the company is serious about at least trying to do something successful.

Guess we'll find out on Monday based on what kind of PR's they put out huh! I'm excited.
