IMO, it's a huge mistake for GBTC not being clear about what they will do about hard forks. I think it is the main reason for its recent price drop while bitcoin's price is going through the roof. People are moving their money out of GBTC to buy bitcoins directly in order to benefit from the up-coming hard forks. What's worse is that those people will never come back once they know how easy it is to buy bitcoin directly. With the risk of a class action lawsuit over how they handle Bitcoin Cash distribution, expect the premium of GBTC to be negative soon.
