I really don't think rs is a concern when it comes to uplisting

People fear it because it normally just gives more room to drop... but in that case it gives a better chance to grow.

Just saying - i think the promise is more no predatory rs. If he changes his mind in a year to uplist, it's not a broken promise in my eyes.
