The wang lawsuit is working its way through court.

ORDER: By October 17, 2017, the plaintiffs shall file a letter with the Court, not to exceed three pages, setting forth the legal and factual bases on which they intend to oppose the defendants' proposed motion to dismiss (15 ).

Been real quit since Hassett announced 2 months ago that the completed product was weeks away. That statement BTW meant completion could be anywhere from 15 days to infinity days from mid-Aug.
